WHAT TO EXPECT

Since 2014, Proyecto Juan Diego's Business & Leadership Conferences have been providing professionals with career development opportunities by bringing industry experts with insightful conversations. This is not just any conference; it is also a community and fundraising event to continue with our mission of helping low-income families in the RGV.

This year's conference—Level Up: Mastering Workplace Dynamics—will focus on topics such as intergenerational and company-culture workplace dynamics. Workplace dynamics refers to the way people interact when they work together. It includes the actions of individuals, relationships between them, and a group’s pattern of behavior.

Understanding workplace dynamics is important because it can help you navigate the complexities of working with different generations and cultures. The Level Up: Mastering Workplace Dynamics Business & Leadership Conference is designed to help attendees develop these skills and more. You will have the opportunity to learn from experts in your field, network with other professionals, and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices.

NETWORKING

Successful networking can lead to new business opportunities, career growth, and access to valuable resources. Professionals can enhance their network, gain insights from industry leaders, and open doors to new opportunities.

LEARNING

We live in uncertain times for team engagement and business. We're welcoming the people who are tackling the big challenges facing the industry today. Our content covers topics for team engagement, workplace culture and intergenerational strategies.

EXPOSURE

Since 2014, our business and leadership conferences have served as one of our largest annual fundraisers—attracting professionals, public leaders, and organizations throughout South Texas, reaching and engaging with well over 15,000 individuals.
